Green Harbor Construction & Consultant Ltd has successfully completed one of its most ambitious residential projects to date — a 12-storey luxury complex in the Bashundhara residential area of Dhaka.
The project, which spans over 80,000 square feet of built-up area, features 48 premium apartments ranging from 1,400 to 2,800 square feet. Each unit has been crafted with meticulous attention to detail, incorporating imported marble flooring, modular kitchen fittings, and smart home automation systems.

The complex also features a rooftop garden, underground parking for 60 vehicles, a gym, and a community hall. The project was completed on schedule within 28 months of groundbreaking, a testament to the company's efficient project management.
Green Harbor used eco-friendly building materials throughout the construction, reducing the overall carbon footprint by approximately 18% compared to conventional methods.
